            <p><strong>Safe merge:</strong> Existing exact Focus codes are matched first. Unique legacy CUS- code/name matches in the same region may have their code updated. Ambiguous and duplicate Focus codes are skipped for review.</p>
            <p>New customers use the selected city as their initial area. You can later move them in bulk from Customers. No existing order or invoice references are deleted.</p>
            <p><strong>Sharjah & Ajman:</strong> Separate those two regions into different imports; do not assign the mixed file to one city.</p>
            <p><strong>Unassigned salesman:</strong> Imported customers can remain unassigned. They start as Prospects until their account is reviewed.</p>
