## Ready now

- Backward-compatible API versioning at `/api/v1/mobile`.
- Manual daily sales and collections for current and previous dates.
- Admin notification inbox and audience targeting.
- Mobile device-token registration endpoints for Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Sales routes and ordered customer stops with completion tracking.
- Offline conflict storage foundation using operation UUIDs.
- Admin sales, collections, orders, visits and route indicators.
- Automatic Flutter and Laravel quality checks through CI.

## External configuration still required

- Create Firebase Android/iOS applications and provide `google-services.json`,
  `GoogleService-Info.plist`, and a server service account.
- Add deployment SSH secrets to the repository before enabling automatic deploys.
- Enable cPanel Node.js Selector only when server-side asset builds are required;
  the current admin theme is delivered as prebuilt CSS and does not require Node.

## Recommended next production phase

- Territory planning and route optimization.
- Proof of visit: GPS, timestamp, customer signature and photo.
- Returns, credit notes and promotional price rules.
- Van loading, stock reconciliation and end-of-day settlement.
- Supervisor approvals and complete audit history.
